All Purchases are subject to the Astellas Europe general purchase conditions available by clicking on the relevant country icon below, and as printed on the Purchase Order overleaf. All other conditions are hereby explicitly rejected. Please always state our Purchase Order number on your invoice. Unless exceptions have been agreed upon in advance, invoices without this reference are not acceptable and will be rejected.
