Project Management

The Project Management department plays an integral role in helping the R&D organization to fulfil its goal of bringing successful new drugs to the marketplace in a timely manner. The department applies a broad range of sophisticated skills, tools, and techniques to R&D activities in order to ensure that cost, schedule, performance, and scope requirements of each project are met.

The Project Management department is responsible for project management of global and local projects, in cooperation with the Therapeutic Area Heads and Global Development Project Leads. It includes Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).
